SPX Sports Registration Requires (3) Steps
They Are As Follows:
Step #1
SPX Sports Registrations and Payments must be submitted online -- at the same time. Unpaid Sports sign-ups are not registered as players until an online payment has been received.

Returning Users
If you previously registered for an SPX sport online, or if you use the SPX online Lunch ordering system, you will enter your same Orgs OnLine login code to access the SPX Sports Registration system.
If you can't recall your password (or don't know if your prior account is still active) select the "Forgot My Password" option to have the system send your password to your email address. If you encounter problems select the GET HELP option on the login page to submit a Trouble Report. (Those are monitored seven days a week and are usually answered within 24 hours.)
First Time Users
Select the "FIRST TIME USERS" option on the login page, then when asked enter the SPX school code (which you should have received from the SPX athletic committee). If you do not have the SPX "school code" contact the following person and ask to have it sent to you. Send email request to: John Ernst <ejohn2@us.ibm.com>
or find the phone number in the parish directory..
The first time you register for a SPX sport you will create a family "sports" account.
Once your family's sports account is setup you can use that for all future sports registrations.
Step #2
Payments Required At Time Of Registration.
Unpaid sports sign-ups are not recorded and the player is not registered to play SPX sports.
After submitting sports sign-up forms for your family members, select the Pay Now option that will appear on-screen. An online payment MUST be submitted to complete your sports sign-up.
The SPX online payment system is a secured way to submit paperless check payments.
With the online payment system, you are paying from your regular checking account, however it does so without using paper checks. When you select the Pay Now option, you will see a payment screen asking for the two numbers found on the bottom of your paper checks. One is the “routing” number the other is your “account” number. On-screen guides will help you identify each number. Once you enter your check numbers, and submit your payment, that is all your bank needs to process the payment. Payments will appear on your checking account statement as paid to St. Pius X Parish.
If you save a sports sign-up form then elect to submit payment later, your sign-up form will not be registered.
Unpaid sign-ups are usually moved to the PENDING REGISTRAITONS section of your online sports account. The Pending Registrations section acts somewhat like a shopping cart for sports registrations in that it lets you come back later and start back up where you ended.
Step #3
CYO Physical Forms are to be on file with the school, before a student participates in a sport.
The required physical form can be viewed and printed by accessing your SPX Sports Online Account. To view the Physical Forms, select the FORMS / DOCUMENTS tab on the left side of your online sports account screen-view. Next select the VIEW FORMS option. That will display a list of forms available for viewing and printing. Select the DOWNLOADN option next to the CYO Physical Form listing. When the form displays use your PRINT button (in your browser or form reader) to print the form.
When the form has been completed by your medical provider, return it to your player’s coach – or to the appropriate sports coordinator.
